Having a healthy lifestyle is a crucial part of having a successful life!  At Boys & Girls Club we provide members with physical activity regularly through our Triple Play program.  In addition to physical activity, our Triple Play program teaches youth healthy eating habits they can adapt to their every day lives.  

Each club provides opportunities for parents to get active as well.  Monthly Fitness nights are aimed at sharing new physical activities and healthy habits with our parents to help make the entire family healthy.  Our parents have enjoyed this such as fitness exercises such as Zumba and Yoga as well as participated in the games their kids enjoy everyday like "Over-the-net" and basketball.

As part of our health initiative, every member is provided with a healthy, USDA approved hot meal each day.  Each year we proved thousands of meals cooked in our very own club kitchens.  We think we have some pretty awesome cooks!  During our long days, members are provided with a breakfast, lunch and a snack.
