During these difficult economic times, families are relying on us like never before.Many of our young members parents have been forced to work longer hours just to make ends meet.Without Boys & Girls Clubs, these families would have no choice but to leave their children unattended at home, forced to fend for themselves.We have made a promise to the kids and their families and we must keep it.Our doors will be open, we will deliver high quality youth development programs, we will continue to provide hope and opportunity to the youth of our community. This is a promise that we cannot deliver without your help.
With such a great need, we are now relying on the philanthropic commitment of our supporters like never before.Please join in on the promise we made to our Club members.Every dollar you give increases the number of positive opportunities available to Lakeland & Mulberry youth, opportunities that will help them to become the most productive, responsible, caring citizens they can be. Your financial support will make sure that we are able to keep our promise.Together, we can really make a difference in the lives of so many.
There are many ways to give, including cash,and planned gifts, bequests, and just recently Charitable Gift Annuities.
Charitable Gift Annuities provide a win/win agreement between the donor and our members. Boys & Girls Clubs of America guarantees the annuant income for life and our kids benefit from the legacy the donor will leave. Deferred gift annuities are also acceptable. Our Annual Giving Pledge program is a popular way to set up a personal donation schedule. Enrollment can be initiated at any time of the year.
Annual Giving, Credit Card, and Check donations can be made on-line by clicking the DONATE NOW button at the left of the screen.
For Volunteer opportunities, please contact the club locations directly, but feel free to contact the main office to determine which club will best suite you. We also have an active board of directors that is always searching for those community leaders who have a passion for youth.
